Vinamrit – Refund & Return Policy

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with broken seal or tampered packaging

  • Products that have been used or tested

  • Products opened for checking or inspection

Healthcare and wellness products fall under non-returnable categories once opened, to maintain safety and product quality standards.


3. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Product Policy

If you receive a damaged parcel, wrong product, or missing item, you must follow the steps below:

  1. Record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.

  2. Ensure the video clearly shows:

    • The sealed package

    • The shipping label

    • The product inside the box

⚠️ Unboxing video proof is mandatory for return or replacement approval.

Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to process the return request.

Return or replacement may be approved only for genuine cases such as:

  • Product damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing item in the order

All requests are subject to verification by the Vinamrit support team.


4. Refund Process

Once the return request is verified and approved, the refund process will begin.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
